We use a simple but effective "punch by numbers" system to get you learning combos quickly and easily.

 

1. Straight left (jab)

2. Straight right (cross)

3. Left hook

4. Right Hook

5. Left uppercut

6. Right uppercut

With our system using only 6 different punches, getting a grasp on what to throw will become much easier. 

Each day will also focus on a different body part or type of workout ( such as TRX, Kettlebells or Bodyweight ) with added resistance and Hiit methods.
