Whether it is a composition goal, strength and or event based, or just to be consistent with your training and make continued progress, with less "I'll start again on Monday" hiccups. 

Doing this with someone else to coach you through each workout and ensure you don't just turn up, but also motivates you to achieve what you didn't think you could on your own is what we have been doing for almost 10 years now.

It all starts with a conversation about you and what you want to achieve in your personal plan. Where you might stumble and need our help, and where you want to go with your one to one personal training sessions.

Fitness has never been so easily accessible to people in the world, and with POW+ you can join in with our live stream sessions and bring the enthusiasm, motivation and hard work of our workouts right to comfort of your own home.

With an ever expanding library of workouts that focus on body weight, home workout equipment (TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands) you can be sure to find the workouts that suit your fitness level and needs. Keep a lookout for our challenge series workouts.

All logged through our own app.

Every set, rep and exercise prescribed for you based on your goals, right on your phone. We'll take the guesswork out of training, with explanatory exercise videos and tutorials plus weekly check-ins and accountability. So when life gets tricky, your training doesn't have to.

We'll also have your nutritional needs taken care of based on your goals as well as come up with plans when you have social events to attend but still want to ensure your progress isn't hindered.
